In 2002, Harold Nied and Bill Judge identified the need in the industry for a web-enabled OSS solution that could handle the demands of new switching technologies while incorporating existing switching technologies to ensure the maximization of cost savings and growth. 

They then found and employed professional people to make this vision a reality.  Terry Norman helped establish the company, lending his expertise at developing new businesses.  John MacManus provided the sales and marketing knowledge gathered from his years of experience with MTT (now Bell Aliant).  Two lead architects made the idea come to life; first version was designed and written by Craig Winser.  The sequential versions, enhancements and conversion to .NET came under the direction and architecture of Wayne Helpard.  Alex Mombourquette added his DBA skills to provide a well tuned application capable of prossessing millions of transactions per day. 

Throughout the years we have successfully recruited very resourceful advisors to aid in advancing our organization.  This is a practice that has benefited the company.

Our goals of empowering existing switching technologies with new emerging technologies led us to the development of our first solution, ProCM. ProCM provides a web-based solution to perform Advanced Provisioning inside of the carrier and Customer Self Service for the carrier’s clients.

After working with clients during our first release of ProCM our team identified the need for a solution to compare actual services provisioned on the carrier’s switches to what is recorded in their billing application. This led to the release of our ProRA application which addressed these areas for Revenue Assurance groups.

The core of our business is the ability to deliver solutions to our clients that leverage their existing infrastructure as well as incorporate new technologies to maximize their cost savings and growth.
