ProCDR is a secure web application using a proprietary engine to collect Bellcore AMA formatted customer detail records (CDR) from Telecommunication switches. This data is stored and analyzed such that customers can monitor and report on trunk utilization, watch and be alerted on suspicious and fraudulent activity, analyze customer usage, and look for trending and calling patterns that can be used to help marketing increase revenue, and prevent lost revenue.
