What is ProRA?

ProRA is a highly customizable Reporting Application that grants virtually full access to valuable data within Centrex switches.

WebCentrex develops custom reports for any of your business needs including Revenue Assurance, Auditing, Marketing, Business and Project Management. We want to work closely with you to ensure that ProRA is an integral tool in your business, and that you have the information you need to make smart decisions.

This data is managed relationally, allowing ProRA to perform complex queries and aggregations that would take much longer, and often be impossible using the Switch’s legacy interface. In addition, our data can be time-stamped enabling the creation of history, comparison, and trending reports.

ProRA leverages the Microsoft .NET platform and SQL Reporting Services to provide data to users in rich visual reports. Charts, graphs, navigation menus, collapsible details, linked reports and hyperlinks are among the available report features. The data can also be exported to file formats including CSV, Excell, web archive, PDF, Image, XML and more.
